So the plan is to get fit and healthy using Gadgets, Software and Apps. As a 46 year old male standing it 178cm with a current weight of 80kg and a BMI of 24.34 (22% body fat). My plan is to get down to around 15% body fat and a BMI of 20 would be great. I'm not planning on stopping everything as there are some things that I really enjoy (booze and burgers from time to time), but I am looking at knocking bread and dairy products as I feel crap after them anyway.
